Calamagrostis × acutiflora 'Overdam'
This unique Feather Reed-Grass, also known as Calamagrostis × acutiflora `Overdam`, is a large growing deciduous grass that will add a touch of elegance to any sunny spot in your garden. Its compact tuft of green foliage is adorned with striking yellow and cream stripes, reaching a height of around 60cm in late spring and summer. But the real showstopper is the large plumes of purple flowers that appear on stems up to 1m tall in the summer, fading to a lovely blonde colour in late summer and lasting through the winter months.
