This large growing deciduous grass is perfect for a sunny spot, produces a large tuft of blue grey foliage to around 1.2m through late spring and into summer with large drooping panicles of purple flower spikes on stems to 1.5m in height in summer, the flowers fade to a golden brown colour in late summer along with the foliage making for an impressive autumn display

Perfect for the mid to back of border, this grass also has wonderful blonde flower heads in autumn.
