This is a deciduous grass, with a perennial habit and attractive fine narrow green leaves. Creates a tight clump of foliage and the flowers are produced in summer and appear just above the foliage with plume like, pale green flowers.
Prune the foliage back hard to the ground in early spring to allow new growth to show.
