This low growing, spreading perennial is a useful addition to the garden the variety Polaris is a special plant as the flowers are much paler than the species which makes it really useful in the garden as part of a mixed border and on the edge of shade as the flowers shine through.

Best in a well drained soil and mulched over winter.

Hardy when the mulched, herbaceous perennial
