Saw-Leaved Speedwell, a lovely creeping perennial with attractive, serrated edged leaves forming a nice mound of foliage, the leaves are dark green and shiny as they come out.
Flowers are produced in early Summer and pop up to about 25cm, they are an intense blue, which really stands out in the garden and catches your eye.
Hardy, herbaceous perennial.
Great for the front of borders and will tolerate full sun through to semi shade.
